We're new, and we're not going to pretend otherwise

A lot of contractor websites open with a number — years in business, projects completed, families served. We could make one up. Plenty do. Instead, here's the honest version: this is a new company, built by someone who knows the trade and decided to run it the way he'd want it run on his own house.

What that means practically is that we compete on the things a new company can actually control. The clearest one is price: every service on this site publishes the range it actually works in, and the assistant will narrow that to your project in a few minutes. Most contractors make you book a visit to learn that much.

One point of contact

The person who walks your house and prices the job is the person who manages the trades, meets the inspector, and picks up when you call. That matters most on a remodel, where the majority of problems come from information not making it from whoever sold the job to whoever is doing it.

We're local to the whole area

We work Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Alpine, and Lehi. Being fifteen minutes from the job isn't a marketing position, it's an operational one: it means we can be out for an estimate in days, respond same-day when something needs attention, and come back to close out punch-list items instead of batching them into a monthly trip.

It also means we genuinely know the housing stock. Which Orem neighborhoods have panels that need upgrading before a basement finish will pass. Which Lehi and Vineyard subdivisions were built with plumbing already stubbed in. Which Cedar Hills homes have walkout basements worth designing around.

How the money works

A payment schedule tied to milestones rather than dates on a calendar, and a change order process agreed up front — so if something changes mid-project you see the cost when the decision is made, not on the final invoice. The number you agreed to doesn't move without your say-so.

Permits get pulled where the work needs them, and inspections are ours to schedule and meet. It's part of the job rather than something you have to think about.
