These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern construction work — that is covered by a separate written contract signed by both parties before any work begins.

This website is not a contract

Nothing on this site is an offer, a bid, or a binding commitment. Submitting a form does not create a contractor–client relationship. That relationship starts when we both sign a written agreement covering scope, price, schedule, and payment terms.

Pricing information

Price ranges published on this site are general estimates for Utah County intended to help you budget. They are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on the condition of your specific home, the scope you choose, material selections, permit requirements in your city, and current material and labor costs. Your written estimate governs — not this website.

Code, permit, and regulatory information

We describe building code and permit requirements as we understand them at the time of writing, and requirements change and vary by jurisdiction. Nothing here is legal advice or a substitute for confirmation from your city's building department. Always verify with your city before making decisions with financial consequences.

Timelines

Project durations described on this site are typical ranges. Permit review times, inspection scheduling, material availability, weather, and conditions discovered after demolition all affect real schedules. Your contract will contain the schedule terms that actually apply to your project.

Scope of work

We work only within the scope our license permits, and we bring in appropriately licensed subcontractors for specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Service area

We serve Orem north to Lehi, including Vineyard, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, and Alpine. We generally decline work outside this area, and describing a project on this site doesn't obligate us to take it on.

Your use of this site
