Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Royal Blue Build does with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you're interested in, your timeline, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the time of submission.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information — no Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please don't send those through the form.

How we use it

To contact you about your project and to prepare an estimate. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead-generation networks. We do not add you to a marketing list because you requested an estimate.

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored with Google Firebase (Firestore), our hosting and database provider, and are accessible only to the owner of Royal Blue Build. If your project requires a licensed subcontractor — an electrician, plumber, or HVAC contractor — we may share the details necessary to schedule and scope their work, and nothing beyond that.

We may disclose information if required by law, or as necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add website analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, aggregate-only measurement of page traffic, and this policy will be updated before it goes live.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, if you hire us, for as long as required for our business and tax records. If you asked for an estimate and didn't move forward, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email or call and ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this and no waiting period — you're talking directly to the owner.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we can call or text you about your project. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting.

Children

This site is intended for adults engaging a contractor. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
